Skills
• Vocational training at a higher administrative level, or equivalent combination of appropriate qualifications and experience
• At least eight (8) years' relevant experience in the field of Supply Chain Logistics, or in logistics' life-cycle operations
• Knowledge of life-cycle logistics operations, to the technician level
• Ability to work responsibly and independently
• Ability to use office automation tools, specifically to manipulate Microsoft Excel data bases, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to communicate effectively both, orally and in writing, and the ability to assist ILS Officers in providing briefing presentations
• Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior project managers
• Ability to prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with different teams and stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-ups

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities
• Willingness to support technical leads and other teams to ensure project success and resolve project-related issues

• Technical Proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in using standard office software including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) and project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is an advantage but not mandatory
• The candidate has strong customer relationship skills, including negotiating complex and sensitive situations under pressure
• Full proficiency in the English language. French language proficiency is of advantage
